Participation & Safety
All participants must be aged 18 years or over
This is a gentle mat Pilates class, suitable for all levels. However, you are responsible for working within your own physical limits.
Please inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions prior to the start of class.
The instructor accepts no liability for any injuries sustained due to your own negligence or failure to follow guidance during the session.
Animal Interaction
Puppies will be off-lead and roaming freely throughout the class and cuddle time.
While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, puppies are unpredictable animals and may jump, scratch, nibble, lick, or have toileting accidents.
You understand and accept the risks involved in interacting with live animals, including the potential for minor injuries or allergic reactions.
Personal Responsibility
By participating, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that neither the instructor nor the puppy provider will be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or allergic reaction sustained as a result of the class or animal interaction.
You agree to waive any claim you may have against the instructor, venue, or animal handler for any injuries or damages that may arise.
Photography & Social Media
By attending, you consent to photos and videos being taken for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in media content, please let the instructor know before class.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to limited spots, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation. If you are unwell, we ask that you please stay home and contact us as soon as possible.
Agreement
By attending this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions and that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
